inquiry (prose)
Have you ever questioned everything you’ve ever known? Inquired all that you’ve ever believed in, all that you’ve never believed in, all that has ever made you happy or sad? Have you thought about the value in all the things around you, including both the important and trivial things to you? What about the values and beliefs held by others? Are you influenced by them? If so, just how much? Have you ever distrusted yourself? Overestimated yourself? Have you ever wondered about the accuracy of your senses, or your ability to reason and make decisions? How about the the things that you believe to exist, especially those that you cannot sense? And most importantly, how do you differentiate right from wrong? Have you ever pondered existence…the way that I do?

Have you ever wondered what it is to have a relationship with yourself?
