Jeff Hollansworth spoke to the ACC regarding the request to build an office building on property near the current Remax Building at DeSoto Boulevard and Ponce de Leon Drive.
The ACC set special a meeting for Monday, to look in detail at the information Hollansworth presented. Results of the special meeting were not available at press time.
Committee members said this was the first time they had been presented with the documents and needed time to review them.
ACC approved a permit for a 2,052-square-foot home at 149 Elcano Drive, to be built by Madison Homes.
Grand Homes will build a 2,052-square-foot home at 20 Algecirus Lane.
Ross Johnson of 8 Ribera Way requested the committee approve keeping his motor home in the driveway until a remodel project was finished to eat meals and stay at home while contractors worked on his home.
The motor home had already been parked in the driveway for two weeks. The request was denied based on the 72-hour maximum time a motor home may be parked at a residence.
