Product was purchased in February 2010. While we live in Texas and know about sun, I assumed this product would hold up. It did not…the fabric deteriorated to the point we took the shreds which were left and tossed them. Contacted Garden Wind in February 2011…told had we contacted them before October we could have gotten a replacement. Offered 1/2 off…still no bargain. After watching husband fall 40 feet in July, we are still in rehab and contacting them was the last thing on my mind.
