Assembling a New Gazebo

Just finished the deck staining project and the wife wanted a new gazebo so I enlisted the help of my friend CJ to help me assemble this thing ...

wants: new canopy or gazebo » Hello Brightside

Someday I want a gazebo/canopy.  We’ve not had luck in this department, as the one’s we’ve purchased both the simple 10 x 10 ones and the pop up ones have become obliterated by wind and rain storms.  We hope in the next five years to build a deck with a roof overtop, but not so sure when we will have the time and money to do that.  And the main problem is I burn so easily, spending any time outdoors requires a boatload of sunscreen or hiding out in the shade.  So after doing some research, I found this one below at Big Lots.  It seemed sturdy enough, and I loved the fact that it had the holes for the rain to drain so it doesn’t pool and bring it down.  We’ll see, it’s still a lot of money for us right now, but would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather too!  Anyone have any experience with this one?
