Triangular Pergola - Carpentry - DIY Chatroom - DIY Home ...
Hello, first time poster here, I searched for this topic and nothing came up. First off, I have very little carpentry experience but am excited about this project!! I just built a propane fire pit pictured below and it works great. Before putting the pavers down I had an idea of building a triangular pergola over this corner of my backyard. My question is: whats the best way to attach the beams together since theyre coming in at angles? and What would be the best way for me to attach the beams to the posts? Im aware that this isnt an easy question, but Im hoping for maybe some general suggestions. Whatever comes to mind would be very helpful .Thank You very much!
